About Me

Ever since I was a little girl, I have always loved the art that people would create through hair design, makeup and fashion. After highschool, I went to community college and realized it wasnt for me, I needed to pursue my true passion so here I am! 

 I have been slinging hair for 14 years. In 2011, my husband and I moved to Colorado which allowed me to share my talents with the city of Denver, working in the cities #1 salon Lucky Lu's. It was  a wonderful opportunity to work along side some amazingly talented women that taught me so much.  

Towards the end of 2012, my husband and I made the move back to Az to welcome our one and only baby girl in 2013. The thought of starting over in a salon was scary but I took the leap and opened the Shear Shack in March of the same year, and it was the best decision ever! 

 Throughout my years behind the chair, I have had education with Paul Mitchell, Redkin, Joico and Kevin Murphy. When I am not behind the chair, I am always taking additional education courses to stay on top of the latest trends.

If its a natural color, highlights, bayalage, or edgy fashion color you are looking for topped off with a fresh new cut, I got you covered!  specialties include but not limited to; recreating vintage up-do's, wicked volume, sassy asymmetrical cuts and one of a kind color creations. I also offer makeup services!  You will be ready to hit lunch / dinner with friends or even more self care with a little shopping at the mall near by! 

We will work together to achieve the look you want. I also offer free bang trims or neck clean up cut in between appointments as well.
